NK Pag enters the new season with a refreshed identity and a clearer work plan. The focus is not only on the results of the senior team, but also on the development of the academy, better communication with parents and members, and a more stable organization of the club.

We may be the last league, but we don't have to think like the last league.

What we learned last season

Last season we tested several new formats: support program, social media content, digital games and AI match announcements. The goal was to check what is useful to the audience, what attracts interest and what the club can realistically maintain.

The support pilot showed that there is interest, but also that the payment must be quick, clear and without unnecessary steps. Digital content has confirmed that fans respond well to interactive formats when they are short, entertaining and connected to the club.

We extracted four conclusions from those tests:

  • information must be available in one place,
  • joining the club should be simple,
  • technology is only valid when it facilitates work or communication,
  • every new project must have a clear goal and a person who leads it.

What the new website is for

The new website brings together schedules, results, teams, coaches, news, contacts and club projects. Here, parents can find information about the academy, fans can follow matches and results, and partners can get an overview of cooperation opportunities.

The visual identity uses retro sports elements and Pag motifs, but the structure of the content is simple: the most important information should be available in a few clicks and readable on any device.

Priorities for the new season

Development of the academy. We want to better connect the categories, harmonize basic work standards and more clearly show the player's path from the first training sessions to the senior team.

Portal for players and parents. The plan is to consolidate schedules, notifications and useful materials that are now shared through many different channels.

Video and basic analytics. Footage and data will be used to help coaches and players explain situations and monitor development.

Easier support. The new model immediately prepares all the data for payment, enables the selection of purpose and clearly shows what joint support has enabled.

Partnerships with measurable results. We want to connect collaborations with categories, events and local projects, with pre-agreed goals and reporting method.

How we will monitor progress

We will introduce changes gradually. For each project, we will define a responsible person, a deadline and a simple measure of success. We will regularly inform members, parents and partners about progress and possible delays through the web and official club channels.

NK Pag remains a small local club, but wants to work in an organized and open manner. The new season is therefore not an announcement of big promises, but a continuation of concrete improvements that the club can implement and maintain.
