Pioneers are entering a period in which the game becomes a more serious part of development. Technical and tactical requirements are growing, players make more independent decisions, and the result brings emotions from which one must learn to react, return to work and remain part of the team.

Pioneers coach

The coach leads a more advanced technical and tactical programme while closely following each player's response to mistakes, wins and losses. The goal is to develop a footballer who understands the game and a person who takes responsibility within the team.
