Younger Pioneers.
Training becomes a habit. Progress becomes responsibility.
With the Younger Pioneers, training becomes more structured, and the players begin to understand more clearly why they are doing something. They develop technique, movement without the ball, basic tactics and the habit of regular attendance, with increasing responsibility towards themselves and the team.
Look at the whole team
Coach of the Younger Pioneers
The coach explains the objectives of the drills, relates individual progress to the needs of the team and helps the players understand that match safety is built through what they regularly do during the week.
The younger pioneers of NK Pag
We don't look at development only through goals and performances. Regularity, attitude towards training, technical progress, behavior in the group and the player's willingness to help the team are important.
