NK Pag SystemCoaches and players use video, data, digital tools and artificial intelligence for better club work.

When a child sees a good decision on video, the coach can explain the next step more clearly. When schedules, attendance and information live in one place, people have more time for the pitch and real conversations. From autumn 2026, the NK Pag System introduces technology where it genuinely helps players, coaches, parents and the people running the club every day.

Why this initiative exists

We are launching the system because a small club can use modern tools in a very humane and practical way.

Today, video, data and artificial intelligence can help even clubs that do not have large teams of analysts and administrators. We want to adapt them to the reality of NK Pag: a coach who leads several categories, a parent who needs clear information, a player who uses concrete feedback and the management who wants to better understand what is happening in the club.

What we want to change

More understanding on the ground, less lost information and more time for people.

Technology comes in gradually, through tools that solve a real problem. Each new part of the system should make the coach's work easier, show the player something useful or help the club to be more organized.

Implementation model

We start from a real day in the club, introduce a useful tool and expand the system only when people accept it.

The system will grow together with the coaches, players and management. Priority is given to problems that take the most time or where better information can help development the most.

We talk to coaches, parents and administration about information that gets lost, tasks that are repeated and moments where a better overview is missing.

Video, schedule, attendance or club communication become the starting point according to the actual priority of the season.

Coaches and responsible persons receive support, simple instructions and enough time to include the tool in their daily work.

Tested tools are gradually merged into a system that monitors training, matches, player development and the work of the entire club.

A measurable goal

From autumn 2026, we want to start building a digitally supported club where technology serves the development of people.

The goal is for the coach to get more time to work with the players, the child clearer feedback, the parent timely notification, and the club knowledge that remains available from season to season.
