Julovica 365Julovica as a decorated home of the club, a place for matches, meetings and community life throughout the year.

Julovica remembers first training sessions, great wins, difficult defeats, parents by the fence and people meeting again after years away. We want it to become a better organised home for the club — a place people visit for matches, gatherings, events and the feeling that they belong here.

Why this initiative exists

Julovica 365 is born out of the desire for the ambition of NK Pag to get its proper space.

The quality of training, the safety of children, the experience of a home game and the strength of the community depend on Julovica every day. From the fall of 2026, we will guide the development through clear phases: improving working conditions, arranging attendance at matches and opening space for meetings that last throughout the year.

What we want to change

Every completed step should make Julovica a better place for training, matches and moments together.

Development starts with things that are felt every day and continues towards an experience that people will recognize as soon as they come to a home game or club event.

Equipment, storage, preparation of training, security and functionality of the space are gradually adapted to the number of children and categories that use Julovica.

Workshops, club meetings, open trainings, get-togethers and small events give Julovica life even when there is no official match.

Implementation model

We are developing Julovica stage by stage, with a clear goal and people who will see the result together.

Each intervention gets its own name, reason, approximate cost and the person who leads it. Thus, members, the City, partners and volunteers can choose which part of the development they want to belong to.

Coaches, players, parents and people who maintain the field help to arrange priorities according to the real life of Julovica.

Each phase connects a need, a performance plan, an approximate cost and a result that will be visible to the people who use the space.

Partners, craftsmen, the City, members and volunteers get involved with money, material, work or expertise.

We open every new part of Julovica to people

We present the completed changes through a match, gathering or event that shows how the space will continue to live.

A measurable goal

From the autumn of 2026, we want to start a cycle of changes through which Julovica will become more organized, warmer and more alive every season.

The big picture will emerge from a series of completed steps. It is important that people see the plan, feel the progress and know that every contribution has turned into a real part of the clubhouse.
